In May, as summer quietly approached, our team gathered in Zhaoqing for a three-day, two-night retreat. More than just a relaxing getaway, it was a chance for hearts to grow closer. Amid mountains and rivers, we shared laughter and support; on the awards night, we honored dedication, perseverance, and hard work.

On the first evening of the trip, we held our annual awards ceremony. In his heartfelt speech, the General Manager said, “Every achievement of NEXOL is made possible by the wholehearted efforts of every team member. Today’s awards are not only a tribute to those who strive tirelessly, but also a celebration of our spirit of hard work and commitment.”

Over the past year, every NEXOL employee has worked diligently in their own role, constantly pushing forward and seeking breakthroughs. Under the spotlight, groups of outstanding colleagues stepped onto the stage to receive recognition for their exceptional performance in quality control, sales growth, cost optimization, and many other areas. Behind every honor lies the team’s day-after-day dedication, responsibility, and pursuit of excellence.

Amid applause and smiles, warmth and emotion filled the room. At that moment, we became even more certain of one thing: while an individual light may seem faint, together, our lights can illuminate the road ahead.

During the following two days, we journeyed through ancient towns and natural landscapes. We hiked side by side, laughing in the breeze; we watched red-crowned cranes strolling gracefully along the wetlands and flamingos glowing crimson beneath the sunset. Leaning against the railings of the boat, we breathed freely and let go of our fatigue. Sunsets, toasts, and bursts of laughter — these simple yet genuine moments made the identity of being a “NEXOL person” feel vivid and warm.

We have always believed that light is our mission, but people are our foundation. At this moment, our hearts feel connected, and our eyes shine with hope.
